There is a cozy living room with a three-seater and a four-seater sofa bed, two armchairs, and a traditional island-style Scyrian sideboard (from the island of Skyros in the Aegean Sea), along with a 40-inch flat-screen TV and air conditioning. A communal WC is located in the hallway.

The 5x10m pool uses ecological saltwater treatment and is surrounded by a stone-paved courtyard with natural Pilion stone from northern Greece. Around the pool, you’ll find comfortable wooden sunbeds and curved umbrellas offering natural shade — ideal for long summer days.

Next to the pool, a large built-in barbecue invites you to grill and cook outdoors. Under the shaded pergola, there's a cozy dining area perfect for enjoying your meals al fresco — whether it’s a relaxed breakfast or a sunset dinner with friends and family.

The villa’s lush garden is filled with fruit trees including apples, pears, figs, apricots, peaches, olives, and oranges — all depending on the season. You’re welcome to pick and taste the fruits straight from the trees during your stay.

A spacious private parking area is available free of charge within the villa’s grounds, offering comfort and security for your car during your holiday.
